For schools joining our trust we offer a core package of advice, guidance and support during the academy conversion process, which includes:

• Academy conversion process: project management and co-ordination to support for governors and headteachers.
• Academy consultations: we provide communications advice regarding any necessary stakeholder consultations.
• Legal documentation: we work with the lawyers, the local authority and the DfE on the required documentation (land lease or transfer, commercial transfer agreement and funding agreement).
• TUPE: we support your school and your HR provider with the TUPE transfer process and consultations with your staff.
• Valuations and surveys: we arrange valuations and surveys for your building and Local Government Pension Scheme.
• Academy systems set up: we arrange for all systems transfers including training and guidance for HR, finance, MIS, IT etc.
• Governance: we have a suite of trust policies and procedures and governance systems in place.
