Offering staff a career path

As we grow we want to ensure that our staff have the opportunity to grow too. With a well established and thriving teaching hub at our heart, we can offer staff a whole variety of training and development. And, as the trust develops, there are an increasing number of school-to-school support opportunities too.

Current staff have benefitted from opportunities such as:

• Subject or phase specialist training.
• Leadership roles in our SCITT.
• Teacher training mentoring roles.
• Providing school to school support.
• Developing CPD courses for other schools and whole trust staff.
• Central Team specialist roles.
• Apprenticeship schemes to upskill current support staff.
